1. About Gall-Art Imports

Gall-Art Imports Inc. is a wholesale importer and distributor of Mexican handcrafted artisan products, headquartered at 14203 Bussines Ave, Laredo, TX 78045. We supply retailers, interior designers, and trade buyers across the United States and internationally.

By placing an order or submitting a quote request through this website, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Wholesale & Trade Accounts

Gall-Art Imports sells exclusively on a wholesale basis. Orders are intended for resale or trade use. We reserve the right to verify the business credentials of any buyer before fulfilling an order.

• A valid business name, tax ID, or resale certificate may be required prior to first order.
• We do not sell individual retail units unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Pricing is quoted per product and is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Minimum Order

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product category. Details are confirmed at the time of quotation. Orders below the minimum may incur a small-order surcharge or may not be processed.

4. Quotations

Quote requests submitted through this website are not binding purchase orders. They constitute an inquiry only. A formal order is confirmed only after written acceptance from Gall-Art Imports and receipt of a deposit or payment.

Quoted prices are valid for 15 days from the date of the quote, unless otherwise stated.

5. Lead Times

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical lead times are:

• In-stock items: 5–10 business days for domestic shipping.
• Made-to-order items: 3–8 weeks depending on quantity and complexity.
• Lead times may be affected by holidays, customs clearance, or supply chain conditions outside our control.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of order confirmation and may include:

• 50% deposit at order confirmation, balance before shipment.
• Net 30 terms available for established accounts with approved credit.
• Accepted methods: wire transfer, ACH, check, and other methods as agreed in writing.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Shipping & Freight

Shipping costs are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated in a quote. Gall-Art Imports can arrange freight on behalf of the buyer, or the buyer may use their own freight forwarder. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

8. Returns & Damaged Goods

Due to the handcrafted and artisan nature of our products, minor variations in color, size, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.

• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photographic evidence.
• Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or are shipped in error.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Contact us before shipping anything back.
• Restocking fees may apply on approved returns.

9. Product Descriptions & Images

All product dimensions, weights, and descriptions are approximate. Handcrafted items may vary from the images shown on this website. Gall-Art Imports makes every effort to accurately represent products but does not warrant exact conformity to displayed images.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Gall-Art Imports Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gall-Art Imports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Webb County, Texas.
